HER Call Ministries exists to inspire and equip women to be dynamic and biblically sound ministers and leaders to advance the Kingdom of God.
Mission
HER Call Ministries provides training, coaching and networking that enable women to pursue a plan of action for integrating faith, family and finances in order to fulfill their unique call to ministry in the Kingdom of God.
Values
We believe that God endowed women with spiritual gifts and ordains some to special leadership and service in the Body of Christ.
We believe the healthiest and most fruitful ministry contexts are those wherein men and women exist with mutual respect and affirmation of each others calling, gifts and roles.
We believe that women called by God for special services in ministry have the responsibility to be committed and active in a local church.
We believe that biblical teaching and practical training according to one's call and spiritual gifts are vital to success in ministry.
We believe that personal integrity and authentic relationships are vital to holistic well-being for each woman.
We believe that all women must always maintain the feminine posture.
HCM must always provide services and resources with a spirit of excellence in stewardship, style, substance and with simplicity.
We believe that collaboration with local Christian churches and ministries is the ideal way to equip women in ministry for greater service within the body of Christ.
We believe HCM is a means of equipping women in ministry for missions work to affect the world's population for the Kingdom of God.
We believe that the primary motivation for ministry goals and growth for must always be the advancement of the Gospel and the Kingdom of God.
Sister Partners
Women with a devotion to the Gospel of Jesus Christ and a passion to reach the ends of the earth with the message of the Kingdom partner with HER Call Ministries through prayer, regular financial contributions and supporting other women in ministry.
The Logo
HER Call is not an organization requiring membership dues from the participants. However, participants will occassionally pay predetermined fees for seminars, training materials and conferences.
The HER Call Ministries logo is a single figure made of 5 diamonds (distinct but united) representing our focus to serve women operating within the 5-fold ministry (commonly labeled as such in Ephesians 4:11). We work to encourage, empower and support leading women in Christian service in the following 5 fields: 1. congregational care (pastors and associate ministers), 2. academicians (women in Bible colleges and seminaries), 3. missionaries, 4. non-profit visionaries and 5. pastor's wives.
The 5-diamond logo represents the standard of excellence with which we aspire to achieve everything we do.
The 5-diamond logo also symbolize 5 pillars of powerful ministry; (1) the inseparable combination and foundation of prayer and the Word, (2) purpose, (3) partnerships, (4) perseverance and (5) professionalism. The sound waves in the center of the logo are a reminder to continuously lift our voices in proclamation of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

What does HER Call mean?
H - Hannah was favored but unfulfilled because she could not conceive and bring forth a child. But when she prayed and poured her soul out to God she was heard. Not only did she devote her son to the Lord's service but she was blessed with more children. Hannah represents the woman who knows that she is destined to produce more with her life and not satisfied with unfruitful living. This woman will not allow her adversary or circumstances to define her. She is provoked to prayer for a higher purpose and will fully devote her ministry to the Lord.
E - Esther was chosen from among many women for a special place of leadership and influence at a very critical time in history. It was a very difficult position to hold but grace, wisdom and the predestined plan of God enveloped her life. Esther represents the woman whose role has been as a trailblazer in ministry. She is the first to step forward in her family or church to follow the call of God. She is the female minister chosen to shatter the glass ceiling and affect many lives simply by her meekness and grace. Her position is not always comfortable but she stands because she is called to the Kingdom of God for such a time as this.
R - Rahab is usually the last person considered as an example. But she is a role model because of her faith in God. Regardless of her sinful life and pagan past, when she heard about the works of God for Israel she chose to believe in Him. Rahab left her past and followed God to experience a more glorious future. This woman's faith saved her family and she is listed in the lineage of Christ. We learn from her life that God can use any woman willing to believe Him. Rahab has taught us that any woman fully surrendered to the Lord's call to ministry is one through which Christ can be revealed to others for salvation.
